My butt muscles are cramping.
Jump squats (20)
Jump lunges (20)
Single leg squats (5 each)
Frog burpees (20)
Push up rows (10)
Chin ups (I DID THREE ALL BY MYSELF)
Tricep dips (15)
Do the above times three.
Aaaand suicides:
Three separate distances
First round forward sprint, back pedal
Second round side shuffle
Third round forward sprint all the way
Do the above times three.
Yeah, I’m tired.
In other news, Wesley is coming to yoga with me tomorrow! Sunrise yoga! He’s gonna get owned! But doesn’t know it yet! :D
And I have a stomach ache, so I’m going to shower and sleep. I think it’s because I ate too much cheese recently. Dairy. Bad.

Pre 5 k with Chris @ frombulktohulk!!!!!!!!

So, a couple things:
I did not win fastest survivor.
I ran the 5K in 31:49 with Jackie.
My bib number was 13.
Chris came and supported us, even though he couldn’t run. He is such a funny and charismatic guy, I can’t wait to try out his food someday ;)
You should follow Chris.
I felt like I was dying on the end of the first lap into the second, because I sprinted the first quarter mile along with everyone else who was running. And then Jackie and I slowed to our 10 minute mile pace. *Lesson duly noted.*
I finished! And slowed for water breaks, but didn’t give up :D
It’s officially the second race I’ve participated in!
It was cold.
You should follow Chris. ;)

I learned something valuable today: You run faster if you pick up your feet and breathe simultaneously. Who knew?

  • 2-9am sleep
  • 9-10am run/shower/breakfast
  • 10-12pm lab
  • 12-1pm lunch
  • 1-2:30pm study for quiz
  • 2:30-4pm class
  • 4-5pm yoga
  • 5-6pm dinner
  • 6-10pm work work work
  • 10-11pm do something that’s not work
  • 11-6am sleep
  • repeat something similar.

To me, no excuses means being in control of my health and my academics. So I have to get my time in order.

Also, I’m going to run 3 miles every day this week. Please remind me so I don’t forget.
