Anonymous asked: Have you ever thought about going vegetarian? do you think it is healthier?

Going vegetarian has it’s advantages and disadvantages. If you go vegetarian without researching all the necessary nutrients and their sources, you might end up eating carbs all the time (that happened to me the first time I tried to be vegetarian) and not getting enough protein, etc.

I think eating a well-balanced vegetarian diet is great. In the long term, I think it’s probably better for longevity and aging, since meat is a source of many carcinogens and added chemicals not natural to the human body. However, a lot of plant sources have the same problem.

Do your research before you make any big decisions! :D
